Sola Fijabi

The architect of African collegiate sports. Sola conceived and built HiFL from scratch in 2018, growing it from a 16-university pilot to a 60+ institution national league over 7 seasons. As Director and Co-Founder of PACE Sports & Entertainment Marketing, he led all operations, partnerships, and league execution in one of Africa's most challenging environments. He is currently pursuing research at the University of Glasgow on sports business as a catalyst for development in emerging economies.
Taiwo Ogunwunmi

The communications strategist who made HiFL impossible to ignore. Taiwo leads integrated sports marketing, sponsorship communications, and blue-chip brand partnerships as CEO of Brooks & Blake, PACE Sports' strategic communications arm. A Chartered Economist and certified Project Management Professional, he built and negotiated relationships with SuperSport, national sports federations, and corporate sponsors including Stanbic IBTC, Nivea Men, and Bold. Expert in youth marketing, media rights, and reputation strategy.
